All of the new plot commands allow you to specify the ranges and steps right in the command itself. This allows quite a bit of flexibility. Using yours as an example:
I've set u here to go from 0 to 100 with 6000 steps, which produces a nice plot. Since I see no "v" in your formulae, I have omitted it. If one of those "u"s needs to be a v, you can add the v range in the same fashion.
